The converter dolly will allow you to haul short logs, long logs (with a quick change centerbunk), or a combination load of short logs on the truck and long logs on the trailer. It will also allow greater weights to be hauled. Maximum weights will vary from state to state. This increase in versatility and hauling ability will greatly enhance your standing with the logger and increased profitability will be the end result.

Whit-Log's converter dolly's are available in two standard models; Single and Dual Axle. Both models have been designed with simplicity of operations in mind, and are manufactured to our high standards of quality and craftsmanship.

Loading or unloading of the converter dolly, assembled with your long log trailer, is the same as for a standard short log trailer. Setting the distance between bunks to logger's spedifications is also a simple momentary prodedure.
